Welcome to the GBTEN Chapter. I hope that you will enjoy the Chapter and wish you well in working through our upgrade programmes. If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact me.

  • APPLYING.TXT
    General application file for joining the Chapter..


  • CONTACTS.TXT
    Information regarding working members for extra credit.. More information is included within our Programme Guides.
  • CONVENA1.TXT
    Collect all past convention seals and enter callsigns in the correct spaces. Convention #'s already listed for you.. This version is for e-mail with no blank spaces.
  • CONVENA2.TXT
    See above.. The second part designed for email use.


  • DATAMODE.TXT
    This is the main input to me. Almost all information on normal run of the mill upgrades can be entered here. Please fill out the sections that you are upgrading on. Where seals details etc are needed this form will show you what is required. Some sections of the programme only need quantities whilst others require seal numbers Read through it please and act accordingly!
  • INTRODOC.TXT
    General Information on joining the chapter.







  • KSEALS_B.TXT
    Collect 5 and 10K seals.


  • LIST1.TXT
    Our Programme Guide with all sections as completed as at time of writing it. Date on top of info sheet. (Listed in menu as Proguide)
  • LIST2.TXT
    Tells you which seals/specials you need to list for others to collect. Please read carefully! (Listed in menu as Sealslis)

  • NEWCAR1.TXT
    This is your worksheet for the County & Region upgrade. Further information is printed on the worksheet. All those WACS and WAFS seal details are needed on this one.
  • NEWCARA.TXT
    Submit your CAR seals for credit on this form which has no blank spaces. Replace the lines with seal details
  • READ ME.TXT
    This information sheet. (Listed in menu as Welcome)

  • SAVEWACA.TXT
    Save your WACS seals on this worksheet.
  • SAVEWAFA.TXT
    Save your WAFS seals on this worksheet.

    • Please read the following information carefully.
    Most of these forms were designed and first used way before e-mail and electronic saving devices and programmes were as popular as they are today. The Chapter offers the above as guidelines only.

    The major input file that you need to be familar with is the DATAMODE.TXT one which has been designed by your CM and it's the one I would ask you to use unless your submissions come in the form of commercial programming.

    Please use the others as either files if it's easy for you to do so, apart from the County & Region (CAR) worksheet (NEWCAR.TXT) (NEWCAR1.TXT) which needs this form to be completed and returned to me. Thank you for reading through these notes. Have fun with us!
